01 General Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or using the 918apk platform, you confirm that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements and agree to fully comply with these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 918apk as the platform operator.

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• The use of online gaming platforms is legal in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are registering in your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by 918apk for a breach of terms.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition order issued by any authority.

02 Account Registration

Creating an account at 918apk is free and can be completed in under two minutes. However, there are several important rules you must understand and follow regarding your account management.

• Unused bonuses that expire within the stipulated validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

05 Game Rules

06 User Conduct

• The use of abusive, threatening, or offensive language towards other members or customer support staff is strictly prohibited.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

918apk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Multiple account ownership.
• User's own request to close their account for responsible gaming reasons.

If an account is closed at the user's request or for reasons not involving fraud, any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

08 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 918apk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of our platform, including:

• Financial losses incurred while playing games on the platform.
• Platform disruption or unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to user negligence in safeguarding login credentials.
• The accuracy or completeness of content, information, or materials available on the platform.
